How’s it going?! I’m loving it, IT’S FRIDAY!!
Ok, back to business, just for a little bit, at least…
I’ve been noticing that a lot of the Alex Jeffreys students have been starting to create their own videos to add to their blogs, YouTube and other places. This is an amazing thing because it will allow all of us to become so much more personal than typical writing would allow.
As more and more of us are turning to video for our blogging and sales pages, it’s becoming more and more important to find complete comfort in front of the camera. Because these videos are going to be our life blood to promote ourselves and create some HUGE value for our viewers, we need to be capable of presenting ourselves comfortably.
It’s completely obvious that none of us are pros or gurus at creating videos, but let’s all try and make the leap to become ‘THE MAN/WOMAN’! As we know, there is no progress or success with inaction. It’s time to get pumped up and tackle our fears to be the best we can be.
Check out the video I just created below regarding this subject. I hope you love the music, it should be motivating!
Now take a quick look at the first I’ve created on this blog. Mind you, it wasn’t that pretty…
I hope you enjoy both of those videos and would LOVE to hear your feedback directly below!

Hey Joe

Hey Marcus, thanks for checking in dude.
As for getting fat, I’m keeping the possibility of beer weight off by running consistently… even training for a triathlon. I hope that’ll do the trick! =P
Keep on checking my new stuff out, man.
Talk soon, bro.
Joe
Hey Joe,
I was just browsing your YouTube channel and watched your “create videos online like a pro” vid, I got some good tips from it.
I’m finding making the videos a little tough, I’m pretty embarrassed at what I’ve produced so far, but I’ve stuck them up on YouTube anyway, as it’s all part of my journey. It doesn’t help that i always seem to have a croaky voice, or something stuck in my throat.
I’m going to keep at it though, as I do know video is the way forward. Anyway, I really like what you’re doing, I’ll be back soon to see if you have any more video tips for me.
Paul.

Hey Paul,
I appreciate you watching my video, man. And it’s even a better feeling for me to know you learned a few things from it!
I think it’s great that you’re creating your videos and taking some action with it. That’s the best way to learn!
Looking at the 2 videos on your site, I think you’re off to a great start. You have great presence and know what you’re talking about… that’s the majority of the battle. And as for your voice, I think it’s just fine; that could distinguish yourself from others.
I’ll talk to you soon, my friend.

Hi Joe,
I like the music you added at the beginning and the end of your video. Did you already know how to do that or did you just learn somewhere? I still need to get a video camera, hopefully tomorrow, but I need to learn how to do it. Your first video was really good, but I can definitely see how you have progressed.

Hi Heidi, I’m really happy you’re enjoying the videos!
I’ve actually just learned how to edit and add cool features in videos just at the time we started Alex’s course. I have a Mac and use iMovie. They actually make things pretty simple for you, but it sure does take a long time to create each video.
I highly recommend the Flip cameras. They are perfect for what we want to accomplish for our online marketing.
I can’t wait to see your upcoming videos!!

Hey Joe,
Nice videos, as said above you can tell the changes in the 2 vids, I have just had a go at doing a video for my about me page and it’s not as easy as you think it would be.
It must get easier the more you do (I hope)
Take it easy,

Hey James,
It definitely does get so much EASIER the more you work on recording videos.
I remember doing a bunch of takes before I got something I felt comfortable with, but that lessens over time.
I wasn’t able to find you video on your site, is there a place I could view it?
Talk soon, buddy.

Hey Hoe,
How are you? Been a while
Great to see your videos, the hardest one is the first one, I completly agree!
Now that music at the start reminds me of Call Of Duty 2, when I use to play ALOT online……….no time for it these days:)
Be good to catch up again soon.
Cheers

Ooooops typo
Hey JOE
Hey Sean! You know, I didn’t even see that typo until you pointed it out! I had a good laugh about it.
You’re completely right man, that first video could be a doozie! I felt so awkward when sitting in front of the camera, when it felt like it was just me talking to myself (which is something I normally leave for the crazy people to do
!)
I really like you intro video because it shows that you’re really comfortable in front of the camera… or at least you’re acting really well!!
Keep it up man, I can’t wait to see more from you.

Hey Mike,
It’s all baby steps to making video and producing some good ones.
The voice over on your website is a great start for what’s to come for you. It’s just a short matter of time until you make that first video so you could become much more personal with your readers.
I’ll be waiting!

Hey Joe,
Looks like you’ve come along way! Your 90 days videos are awesome, I catch up every few days…keep ‘em coming
You have some great tips in there. The one about addressing one person…have I done this? I’m not sure…great tip though. I am going to try to create more, one to boost my confidence in front of the camera, and two, to help me drive more traffic which is the best part!!

Hey Paul,
Thanks so much for keeping up with my 90 Day videos man. It’s great to know that a few people are out there enjoying what I’m blabbering about!!
I forget where I heard about the idea of speaking to just one person on the camera, but it’s definitely something that I need to keep working on. I still catch myself saying “Hey guys!” instead of “Hi, how’s it going?”
It’s all a learning game, but we’ll become pros sooner than you know it!
Keep it up, bro!

There’s always some great ideas spinning around in my head for hours after we get off a call with us and Matt.
Good call on the dot com thing, I don’t want you to become a spammer! I’d have to get Anderson Silva to come tackle you!
I can’t wait to be a part of your project man, it bet that thing’s coming along really well!
Till next time bro!

Hi Joe,
We can really do anything, if we put our mind
to it, with focus and discipline.
Videos are my next step,
its just you and the camera. (easy right) LOL.
But I want to say you are doing great, keep up the
good work.

Hi Rich,
It really IS that easy!… of course once you break down that mental barrier that we all go through with making videos.
But you’re so right, it’s just like anything else throughout life.
If you put your mind to something, you’re always going to get positive results.
Be sure to push through all of the lows you might find yourself in, because you might only be right down the street to big success!
I’ll be looking for your future vids!

Hey, Joe,
it’s nice to see your progress with a video producing.
I think about taking somebody to show me how to do all this stuff.
I am not sure it could become better by itself with time.
I love the music you added at the start and also the end of your video. Did you already know how to do that or have you just learn somewhere? I still want to get a relevant video camera, hopefully tomorrow, however i should try to learn how you can do it. The first video really was good, however i can definitely observe how you’ve progressed.
